Please inspect the product upon delivery and notify us if the item is damaged or does not match. Please ensure that any damage is reported the day of the delivery. Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel or amend your order. You can still cancel our order prior to being dispatched. All compositions of plants and pots are made to order. If we have already planted the composition then canceling the order is not available.
